We accompany your target group from the beginning of therapy and provide you with a fixed point of contact within the PSP. Personal, close and empathic, our professionally trained health coaches discuss all routine questions, issue reminders to ensure adherence to the therapy and support your patients in their everyday life.

Target-group appropriate Omnichannel technology is used, such as chat and video telephony, which is then adapted to the consumer behaviour of those affected. On request, we are available for your patients around the clock, 365 days a year.
