In addition to our Medical Information Services for patients and healthcare professionals, we also offer an on-call service. On request, this service can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so that your target group has a competent point of contact for all questions and concerns at any given time.

If you want to ensure availability, e.g. for branches in other time zones, we offer customised in-house support with dedicated escalation management.

The adherence of your patients can be further improved if a reliable point of contact is available for questions around the clock. The on-call service gives patients a feeling of security and can thus provide short-term support when various concerns arise. It goes without saying that all pharmacovigilance-relevant content is documented, processed and delivered by us on time.
